Summit staff will be available to answer any questions at the Registration & Information Center in Palos Verdes Ballroom 6-8 from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13; 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14; and 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15.

The attire during the business meetings of the Summit is business casual. This means long pants and sport shirts for men and casual pants and skirts for women. All receptions, dinners and lunches are business casual except for Thursday’s Gala Reception & Dinner, which will require a jacket for the men. Although the temperature should be quite pleasant during the day, the evenings could be chilly, therefore, you may want to dress appropriately.

The Sourcing USA Summit officially begins with the Welcome Reception & Dinner on Tuesday evening, November 13, and concludes with guest departures on Friday, November 16. All meals are group functions during this time and are provided as part of this special event. Any food and beverage purchased outside of these functions will need to be paid by the attendee. This includes — but is not limited to — restaurants, bars and room service.

Summit registration includes three room nights: Tuesday, November 13, Wednesday, November 14 and Thursday, November 15. When making travel plans, please consider arriving on the morning of November 13 and departing when convenient on November 16 so that you can take advantage of all Summit events.
